Adam Catzavelos a businessman from South Africa posted a video on social media on a Greek beach that went viral for using the racial k-word. Catzavelo had been taken to court after his infamous k-word video.
The Joburg businessman Adam Catzavelos has managed to reach a settlement with the SA Human Rights Commission of R150 000.
Catzavelos agreed to pay the fine of R150 000 to a charity and issue a formal apology for what was said in the video posted on social media.
eNCA reports that the SAHRC has entered into a settlement agreement, agreeing that Catzavelos must pay R150 000 over the course of 30 months to charity and issue an apology.
