1. 6 cups Flour
  2. 1 pkt (10g) yeast
  3. 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. 1 TBSP Oil
  5. 2 TBSP Sugar
  6. 1 &1/2 tsp Salt
  7. 2 Lukewarm water
  8. Oil for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, Sift flour baking powder yeast and salt
  2. Make a well in centre, Add in water and oil
  3. Mix well to form dough
  4. On a floured surface Knead dough for 10 minutes
  5. Oil dough and put in a bowl. Cover with cling wrap.
  6. Set aside in warm place for dough to rise double it’s size. +/- 1 hour
  7. Knock dough Down.
  8. Make balls and set aside again to rise.
  9. Deep fry till brown on each side
