- 6 cups Flour
- 1 pkt (10g) yeast
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- 1 &1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Lukewarm water
- Oil for frying
- In a bowl, Sift flour baking powder yeast and salt
- Make a well in centre, Add in water and oil
- Mix well to form dough
- On a floured surface Knead dough for 10 minutes
- Oil dough and put in a bowl. Cover with cling wrap.
- Set aside in warm place for dough to rise double it’s size. +/- 1 hour
- Knock dough Down.
- Make balls and set aside again to rise.
- Deep fry till brown on each side
