Saray Khumalo is the first black African women to reach the top of Mount Everest.

Khumalo reached the summit in the early hours of Thursday.
Making history after 3 failed attempts on the 4th becoming the first black African woman to summit Everest.

Social media was lite-up after Zambia-born Johannesburg resident Saray Khumalo, became the first black African woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest.

South Africans all over were proud of her achievement.
She is truly incredible and an immense inspiration to people across the continent showing African girls that nothing is impossible.
