South Africans are preparing to braai for their country on Braai Day which is held annually on 24 September (also National Heritage Day).

Braai Day is a celebration of our great country and its unique national pastime. The aim is to unite all South Africans on 24 September by encouraging them to partake in a fun and tangible (braaing) activity shared by many demographic groups and religious denomination.

Join the fun, there’s really no excuse not to gather your family and friends. Whip out your best braaing utensils and use you braaing skills on the start of summer and enjoy the public holiday.
