Try these exercises that can boost your memory and get you back on track again.
Switch hands during daily activities.
Normally we use one hand it most of the time, try to switching it sometimes. Using your opposite hand will strengthen neural connections in your brain
and you’ll be giving your brain a good workout.
Read out loud.
Eat with chopsticks.
Wake up and smell the roses
Most of us wake up in the morning and drink fresh coffee. Change that usual morning routine to waking up to something different like your flowers in the garden, or just lite a scented candles for a different aroma in the morning.
Block out the noise
It is advised that wearing earplugs or headphones to cancel out sound while doing small task during the day like eating or exercising will help you stimulate your brain.
Fist clenching for 90 seconds
The US psychologists say that clenching the right hand for 90 seconds helps in memory formation. The same movement on the left can improve memory recall.
Get your heart rate up 3 times a week.
Elevating your heart rate at lest 3 times a week for 20 minutes will give your brain immersed in oxygen and it will help you grow new cells.
Get some fresh air while driving
Get some fresh air while you driving,your brain will immediately begin to make associations between the sights, sounds, and odors that you notice while driving with your window down.
