1. Spray Your Feet with Hairspray

Hairspray is a great, if you looking to make something sticky. Hairspray will make your feet sticky and your shoes will stick to them like glue. Use hairspray to keep your feet from slipping out of your sandals.

2. Double-Sided Tape

Try sticking your shoes to the Soles of Your Feet with Double-Sided. The down side, double-sided tape is visible and can becomes less sticky the more you release heat and sweat but this method does work for many. It’s best you keep a roll in your bag if you’re going to use this method.

3. Use Cushions, Inserts

Place the cushions at the ball of you feet so that your feet don’t slide down or move forward. Double up if you have to. If your feet still slip out, you can try to put inserts where the back of your heels touches the shoes, or if you’re wearing sandals, place inserts on the heels as well.

4. Try Stuffing Your Shoes

If you wearing closed-toe shoes. Fill the toe box with some cotton- wool so your feet have no room to move around and slip forward.

5.Use Beeswax

Beeswax can be used to stop feet from slipping out of shoes. Simply rub beeswax on the inside of the heels and beeswax are also great for waterproofing your shoes.

6. Change How You Walk High

7.Try Roll- On

If you’re like many that has sweaty feet. Try rubbing some roll- on, on the bottom of your feet to keep your feet from sweating and slipping out of your shoes.

8.Place Insoles Inside Your Shoes

Insoles in booties in particular benefit from the extra padding so your feet has no exta room to slip forward. It has the added benefit of absorbing any foot sweat . Obviously not to be used with sandals.

9.Sock It up

Wearing thick socks or even double socks can provide extra comfort and your shoes will be tighter on your feet. Make sure to always wear contoured socks. this only works for closed high heels like boots.

10. Try a Different Shoe Style

If nothing works, sometimes it’s best to just go with a different shoe style. like shoes with ankle straps. Shoes with straps can be adjusted tighter to your comfort and it will suport your foot better.
